ReviewsAgent is a managed service for businesses that get Google reviews and never find the time to reply to them. We watch your Google Business Profile, draft a reply to each new review, and post it. Anything critical goes to you first — a bad review is never answered without your explicit approval.

What it is

ReviewsAgent is operated from Athens, Greece. It is a service, not an app you have to learn. There is no dashboard to log into and no software to install. After a one-time setup, the only thing you ever touch is a chat message asking you to approve a reply.

We connect to your Google Business Profile with your permission, using Google's standard OAuth consent screen. You stay the owner of your profile and can disconnect us at any time from your Google Account settings.

How it works

  1. You connect your Google Business Profile once. We send you a private setup link. You grant access through Google's own consent screen and confirm which location we manage. That is the only click on your side.
  2. We watch for new reviews. Our service checks your profile on a schedule and picks up each new review exactly once.
  3. We draft a reply. Replies are written to match your business, its tone, and the language the customer wrote in. A Greek review gets a Greek reply.
  4. Good reviews are answered automatically. Four- and five-star reviews get a short, warm reply posted straight to Google. You do not have to do anything.
  5. Critical reviews come to you first. For one-, two- and three-star reviews we send you the draft over chat. You approve it, or you edit it and we post your words exactly as you typed them. If you never answer, nothing is posted at all.

The rule we do not break: a reply to a review of three stars or fewer is never published without a human approving it first. If we cannot reach you, or you choose not to reply, the draft is discarded — it does not go live by default.

What we access on Google, and why

When you connect your account, Google asks you to grant the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/business.manage permission. This is the only permission Google offers for working with Business Profile reviews, and it is broader than what we actually use.

We use it for exactly two things:

We do not change your business name, address, hours, photos, categories, or attributes. We do not create posts, read your messages or Q&A, manage other locations, or touch anything else the permission technically allows. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

ReviewsAgent is a service of a company registered in Athens, Greece. Our full registered name, address, company number and VAT number are set out at the top of our privacy policy.

If you left a review and want to reach the business about it, contact the business directly — we reply on their behalf but we do not control their Google listing.
